Terms of Use and Legal Notice

Effective date: November 4, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of travelclaimdenied.com (the “Site”), operated by Herssein Law Group (“the firm,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Attorney advertising

This Site is attorney advertising by Herssein Law Group, 1801 NE 123rd Street, Suite 314, North Miami, Florida 33181. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements.

Insurer names on the Site are used for identification only. Herssein Law Group is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any named insurer.

2. No attorney-client relationship until confirmed in writing

Browsing the Site, calling or emailing us, or submitting the claim review form does not create an attorney-client relationship. The firm represents you only after it confirms in writing that it accepts your matter and you sign our engagement agreement. Until then, we are not your lawyers and are not responsible for any deadline in your matter. Your insurance policy and the law may limit the time you have to act, so do not wait on our review if a deadline is near.

The Site provides general information only. It is not legal advice and may not reflect the law that applies to your situation. Do not act or decline to act based on the Site without advice from a lawyer about your specific facts.

4. No guarantee of results

Every case is different. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome, and any description of our experience does not predict the result of your matter.

5. Fees and costs

No recovery, no fees or costs. If we do not recover money for you, you owe us no fees or costs. If we recover, our attorney's fee is 33⅓% if the case resolves before an answer is filed, 40% after an answer is filed, and 45% if an appeal is required. Any costs advanced by our firm are reimbursed from the recovery before calculating our percentage fee.

These terms are a summary. If we represent you, the written engagement agreement and the Statement of Client’s Rights you sign control.

6. Where we practice

Herssein Law Group is a Florida law firm. Whether we can take a particular matter depends on its facts and on where the claim must be brought. We will tell you in writing whether we can represent you.

7. Electronic communications and signatures

If you check the electronic-signature box on our form, you agree to receive documents from us electronically and to sign them electronically, including through DocuSign. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature. To receive and keep documents, you need an email account and a device that can open PDF files. You may ask for a paper copy of any document, or withdraw this consent, by contacting us. If you check the contact box, you agree that we may contact you about your claim by phone or email, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Your submissions

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share any documents you upload. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

16. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date above. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver.
